I got paid today!!! And I also paid off all my bills, which includes over $2000 I had owing to my school. So sad :(. At least everything's paid off now, which is a huge relief

Tuesday

I figured I'd write a bit in the blog since I haven't in SO long :P. I just forget about it when work, friends & school get busy. I'm here, wasting 20 min before Manhunters starts on A&E. I love this show! It follows US Marshals in NYC as they capture wanted fugitives. So exciting! While watching the show, I want to join them sooo much, but I'm not American hahaha.

Yesterday I had such a busy day! It started out with a German quiz at 11, then a Managerial Accounting quiz at 1. After that I met my friend Krista at her work & we went to the Eaton's Centre & shopped for HOURS. I bought a few things at Sephora, Forever 21 and Urban Outfitters. Maybe I'll post pictures in the blog later ;)

This morning before leaving for class (started at 12), I watched Real Women Have Curves. I already watched it when it first came out in 2002, but it has such a great message & Ameria Ferrera is so sweet in it. She's become so sucessful since that movie, with The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants & Ugly Betty (one of my fav shows). It was really nice to see her so young & acting so well <3

COLD!

Omg... I just looked at the weather in Toronto this week and it's FREEZING. The HIGH on Thursday is -17 degrees! And it will feel like -29!

I need a new winter jacket NOW.

I think I might need to buy this... But it's so expensive :(

MANTATI

I just commented on Moe's blog & my security word was MANTATI. I almost died hahaha

Today I just had an hour of German class, which went by really fast (thank god). After that my friend Matea & I went to Urbana to get our London Fogs & talk. For an hour and a half hahaha. Right before we left, this homeless guy came in & started putting pieces of paper asking for change on every table, so the woman working was yelling at his to get out. SO AWKWARD. And, as he's leaving, Matea says "That's a pretty nice coat for a homeless guy." Quote of the week right there hahaha

When I got home I studied Economics. I got through all the lectures and homework and now I'm caught up! I feel so relieved :). And I actually understood everything :D. I still have a lot of readings to get done... oh well, at least today was a start.

I can't wait for Friday. Daniela from work is sleeping over & then we work together Saturday & then we're meeting up with a bunch of coworkers (new & old, some wanted & some not :P) for drinks. We'll see how that goes...

School!

2nd semester started :(. I can't believe the break is already over, I feel like I wasted it working... Oh well, another 4.5 months & then I'm FREE for the summer :D. This semester I'm starting managerial accounting (ugh) and marketing, which should be somewhat interesting. And I still have German, Economics and Statistics, fun right?

I'm watching The First 48... It's probably the 9398th episode I've watched in the last 3 weeks. I love this show! Like CSI but everything is real, which gives you chills when you watch it.

I'll probably watch another episode of this & then hopefully go to bed. I have German tomorrow at 10, & then tutorials & then work! It'll be a busy day...

Valkyrie

I just got home after seeing Valkyrie with my friend Jasmine. It was really good!!! Very interesting the entire way through, & it told a story I had never heard of before (not even in last year's German culture class). I definitely recommend it!

Now I'm going to relax a bit before going to bed. I have work at 10:30 :(
